West End take customer care very seriously. Our dedicated service booking team is committed to keeping you on the road, while our Privilege Plus Card is available as a special reward for all our customers. We have also created the 20/20 Club for owners of vehicles aged 3 years or older.

Our Customer Care Supervisor's job is to make sure every customer receives the highest standard of service. The role includes liaising with the sales and service departments, monitoring customer service levels and resolving any issues.

  • Drop and Lift Service - You drop your car to us and we will give you a lift to where you want to go (Specified areas only)
  • FREE Visual Vehicle Condition Report - Every vehicle that visits one of our workshops will undergo a 28 point VVCR check carried out by a qualified technician.
